Is being a newer hire a layoff risk at Fido?

I’ve been with the company for about nine months and I'm starting to hear a lot of chatter about more upcoming changes. From what I see on here, it seems like the cuts can really depend on your specific business unit or project. I’m trying to figure out if newer team members like me should be more concerned, or if the focus is usually on other roles.

Agree with most, level 7 and up most likely to go. New talent and hires will stay on. Think about it for future growth while reducing current expenses.

No. Just hang in there and stop reading the garbage from this site so much. If your a FTE they wouldn’t let you go so quickly. The culture here is awful but that’s beyond cruel

No, last round of layoff affected only Level 7,8 and 9 middle managements in my area.
