Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I could have been the token IM on my team....

...but they sc--wed up!! They laid me off on 9/30. Not too bright...now they'll have to mark down one of their buddies due to the "curve" ranking. LOLOLOLOL! Oh the irony.....

downgrades are real this year just got my stupid review and meets which is BS since i did more work last year and previous years have been exceeds! so now my merit and bonus will be cr-p, FWFB!

If you were laid off anytime within 60day pre 9/30 they still have some rating to do so….
I was laid off pre mid year finalization and still got my meets.

Why so many negative responses? Logically - OP is right. OP could have been kept around to fill the bell curve quota, and lessen the impact to the other team members. Although....then WF would have been on the hook for bonus, matching, and more PTO accumulation. Come to think of it, maybe that's why OP got the axe on 9/30...who knows for sure. OP's logic is sound IMHO.
