Does anyone know if the bonus payout is similar to last years?

My manager had a pool and had discretion over who got what. If that is going to be different for 2026 payout - that would be a significant change.
Charlie got 30 Million so guess he is low in his range. if you anre over 50 percent in your range you will get 0 merit. Bonus is a mystery as budgets were not told. Essentially managers don’t get to make decisions on comp anymore. Someone else fills in the blanks and managers find out once comp statements come around.
CS will get more, and you will get nothing.

It's the same for all, except those who keep asking this question on this site. Theirs is cut to 25% of last year.
