I have been interviewing at Target HQ and today I received a job offer! Target seems like a great place to work at. I’m leaning more towards accepting the role. I know they have had layoffs but I think that is ok, my job should be pretty safe. They were all really nice too. Any advice? I need to accept by Tuesday.

A layoff board likely isn't the best place to ask if you should work someplace.
If you can upspeak and fill your calendar with “GTKY’s and Connects”, you’ll go far.
Sounds so fake, someone in finance saying their dream company is Target!
I’ll treat this as real, but, honestly, it’s not worthwhile unless you’ve no other choice. There’s no Tarzhay magic anymore. Leadership has su-ked the life and energy out of the brand and reduced it to buzzwords. You’ll be constantly disappointed in the AI crafted leadership emails and few people know what, if any, impact their roles have in the corporate office. It’s mindless and they put you against your peers with the dangle of promotion…only to give those roles outsiders, usually Amazon. They’re not set up for success and they shoot themselves in the foot constantly.
My job offer is in Finance. This is my dream company to work.
