You get zero pay rise for 10 years
You might be lucky (unlikely) but because of zero pay rises, your WFR package is reduced.
DXC gains either way - they can wait you out

If you are skilled, don’t waste your time here. You can make more and be happier at another place.
People are being paid 2 years severance. Subject to terms. It obviously works for some. If you are planning on going elsewhere - go before you have no skillset, and your new employer uses your current salary as a starting point.
If your heading into retirement as your next move, then why wouldn't you just wait it out...
