Moral is so bad and everyone is so miserable that i fight to log on and stay on daily. This has to be intentional by these mo--ns running this place into the ground. Holding out as long as possible because of the pay and the fact so many are struggling to fund other jobs but dont know how much longer i can do this

If your morals are bad you're at the right bank.
I go to the bathroom for ages and sing the Bill Murray song from Meatballs - "It just doesn't matter!" to myself.

Do what I do, every hour take a 15 minute recharge break. Go walk around the floor, go to the cafe, go to the bathroom (but be sure to boil your hands and use your foot to open the door), go to the lobby, go into a private conference room and call someone you care for….etc etc. you can get back 1 day a week just by doing this. You will feel better. And if your manager is looking for you, just say- I am very busy. Remember, your job here is to do as little as possible and get paid. Do not emotionally invest into this urinal.
No one cares anymore.
But it’s been hard to even get interviews.
So just have to play along for a while until something better comes up.
Pro-tip: say the word “AI” at least once a day in calls and managers will love you lol
