I keep hearing full time store H.R. will be eliminated, is this just a rumor? Or is it true? I’m hearing this repeatedly.

I don't think any member of our HR team has ever taken an HR class let alone has a degree in it. It's like anyone can work in there. One of the worst people to deal with. They have no clue what they're doing.
The H.R. in my store is rude, and d-mb as a bucket of rocks. Useless is an understatement.
They need to be. The store where I work has the most inefficient HR department.
I think February or March you will see cuts
