Oregon job market is brutal. Was lucky to find a solid position but was looking at moving out of state. Good luck OP!!!

Start a new job at the end of this month. Not gonna lie, I enjoyed the time off. Glad to be away from the Swoosh.

Found a job easily outside of Oregon. Had several offers. The market is not as bad as the hype. It's just bad in that area of Oregon.

The Job market is not bad at all, I think we have seem far worse times. I would advice nothing hurts to build your resume, apply for jobs which look good to you and collect feedback from recruiters and interviews. Don’t be ready, STAY ready.

Yes I did. 30% hike in salary. Was not bad. You need to move out of Oregon - that's all.
