I mean, I'm being sarcastic. But not really. And these are coming after considerable reductions. I was hoping, naively, that we might get some respite. Foolish.

We won't stop!
This is the sprint way.
In corporate America, the needs of the company outweigh the needs of the individual or the group—always. Saving money is automatically labeled “innovative,” regardless of whether it makes sense. Against a bean counter, you never stood a chance. Remember that the next time you have a quarterly meeting and the leadership acts like cheerleaders
TLDR* - Find what is giving you anxiety, and address it. No matter what it is. It's changed the confidence I have in myself, and I no longer am afraid, or anxious at what comes next because I know - I'll be successful and a company would be fortunate to have me, and probably the giant group of people that would join me on my next endeavor!
I'm going to shed some light that helped me with my anxiety,
I identified what was driving my anxiety - it was my fear of inadequacy. I hadn't completed my degree - I focused heavily on T-Mobile, and really believe I was more than a P-Number. The last two managers I had really opened my eyes. You're a P-Number, and they are out for themselves, not you or the team. If you want to get promoted, and you're a Hi-Po, you will need to navigate around them - or you can find somebody to replace you but networking is the best thing you can do and INVEST IN YOURSELF!
I learned skills that CANNOT be taken away and are cutting edge to combine with my Sales/Leadership/Enterprise experience. These are valuable no matter where you go. Combine domains you have talents for - and outsource what you're weak at.
Stop worrying about something that may not happen.. I’m starting to realize this company has more anxiety driven people with lack of confidence than I have ever known. Just do your job be positive confident and take all the opportunities you have day by day to educate yourself, from AI to personal development and learning opportunities .. so if something does happen one day.. you’re not left out in the dark
Hopefully the lay-offs keep coming. I’ve been saying for many a year that I’d like to be included, but what with my advancing years they don’t want to stump up the severance and expect me to take to retirement. It only makes me clench my jaw and want to stay all the more.
It's supposed to be over by end of Q1. I expect that will be it for 2026 and then we'll go back to annual (August/September) cuts in 2027
