So can we assume that we will get a bonus this year since the company has money to tear down and Build a brand new campus??

bonus? I figured stink spent our bonuses on his most recent acquisition of has been tech.
Bonuses will be paid via stock options.
We should find out in the next few weeks. Stankey did say could be impacted so for now we wait.
2025 was a chaotic year. I’m guessing 80%. I’d be shocked at 100%.
L5 here. Bonus will be at 140%.
@OP yes. A subscription to the Jelly of the month club. You better cancel the new pool
A few things going on in this thread.
One of them is that you have some bargained for jamoke that is unhappy with his lot in life that keeps posting the same lie over, “….Stankey already said there would be no bonus…”. He is upvoting his own posts and downvoting those pointing out he is lying.
This mouth breather is miserable , and he is doing this hoping that is causing some of you yet more angst. Also, he is gleefully hoping against all hope that it’s true, because others pain causes him to feel good about his miserable life.
@az HR shills digging deep to protect their stinky leader.
Your bonus will be an unassigned seat and a pair of used headsets.
BoneUs for sure.
“ He mentioned it already a few months ago. There will be no bonuses due to an increase in overhead expense aka RTO“
Someone feels the need to keep stating this, and is is patently false and completely made up.
Pretty sure “there will be no bonus for 2025” would have got more of folks attention. Stop making things up ya twahht waffle.
After the stock buybacks (to prop up the dropping stock btw), the increased operating expenses (due to RTO), and worsening business conditions, Stank did say it might be impacted. Has to pay for his new kingdom somehow. I suspect it will be a not so great bonus if any this year.
@ah "Clearly T has a lot of EXTRA money since the invested millions in downtown Dallas and now millions to rebuild further north."
Should be "Clearly T has a lot of EXTRA money since they threw away HUNDREDS of millions in downtown Dallas now BILLIONS to rebuild further north."
Probably around $40K. We’ll see.
I guess you can get a BONUS for a few dollars and still call it a BONUS.
Absolutely!

@af did you forget their goal is to get people to quit?
@ae you’ve posted this in 6 other posts. No where did he say no bonuses, watch the townhalls. You think 5 days, and no bonuses yet all metrics for bonuses are positive year to date? People would revolt. There’s never not been a bonus and if this truly was what he said more people would have been loud about it when it was said. Absolutely on record for saying financial pressure and have to be lean in Q4 but the thought of no bonuses for the first time in 20 years would be literally insane and 95 percent of the workforce would quit
He mentioned it already a few months ago. There will be no bonuses due to an increase in overhead expense aka RTO. This means rent, utilities, maintenance, condition improvements all increased because of the transition from 3 days to 5 days (no sh!t) but for some reason “leadership” didn’t expect this uptick in cost. This is a result of blindly making poor decisions, as usual
come on everyone...."live your designation" :)
Jelly of the Month Club sounds great!
I think Stank answered “No” to the following questions…
Do you have a clue on how to run a business?
Have you ever successfully executed any M&A deal?
Do you have a clue to what you are doing?
If the stock stays down, our bonus will be $140 like usual.
Your bonus is a weekend day in the office. RTO 5x8+1x4 Congrats!
“ I think Stankey said no in one of his recent town halls“
I keep seeing this come up. This did not happen, so I don’t know where this is coming from.
I get that we are all conditioned to “all bad news, all the time” but let’s not start making things up too, eh?
The reality is we will probably get a bonus, albeit a paltry one. I have been here in management for many years, and haven’t had a year where there was no bonus at all.
I think Stankey said no in one of his recent town halls.
