Knowledge of rule didn’t stop AT&T execs from breaking law, SEC says

When the Securities and Exchange Commission in early December fined AT&T $6.25 million and separately fined three of its executives for disclosing material, non-public information to analysts, the agency said the executives knew the law but broke it anyway.

SEC should look at how we avoid writing down network expense. They should check us in accounting and how we don’t report all financial obligations.

We have to transact with who leadership says bc these companies layout cash for us to build in exchange for decades of debt obligation that is stated as expense.

The clowns charged still seem to be working at T. Christopher Womack, Michael Black, and Kent Evans made private, one-on-one phone calls to analysts at approximately 20 separate Occasions per SEC. What’s with that?

Does any organization ever have outsiders audit the results? Or it’s easier to give management the numbers they want to see and stop harassing us?
