I honestly can’t imagine the cuts won’t spread and get even worse next year. I’m not exactly crazy about my job, but options out there are pretty limited.

Bring back couches, carpeting, sound dampening, etc. and customers will come back. Years ago Starbucks was a nice place to hang out. Now we get our one coffee and get out of there because it’s obvious you don’t want us there… noisy, uncomfortable, just like a modern McDonalds that wants you to leave asap.
I think the new CEO might be headed back in this direction.
I like a Starbucks mocha every once in a while, but the last time I bought one, it was $6.12 for a grande. No thanks.
Also, Starbucks employees with jewelry hanging from their noses are disgusting. I feel like sn-t is going to drip right into my cup after they hand it to me. Gross. Mo--ns.
