Infinite Employees Are NOT Required to Work Overtime?

I am seeking clarification on several concerning rumors circulating internally.
It has been stated that Infinite employees are not required to work overtime. Is this accurate? If Professional Services Teams have been transitioned to Infinite, what teams are now expected to cover these additional hours?
There are also rumors that these employees who travel onsite to banks will have their corporate cards revoked, requiring them to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. This would create a significant financial burden regardless of how fast the reimbursement. How are these employees expected to operate under these conditions, given the realities of today’s economy?

Using personal card for corporate expenses is nuts. I wouldn't want to be on the hook for making a payment on time, if they didn't reimburse by a due date.

Speaking as a PS infinite employee, I was able to travel to a client, no issues. I was reimbursed in a timely manner. Being a smaller company, they have less hoops. Emailed HR a question, had an answer in less than an hour, from a person, not auto generated.

No corporate card is actually a perk at least while credit cards with rewards exist. Get a dedicated credit card with rewards/points and rack them up spending on company travel.

It’s true about travel, Infinite employees are not issued corp cards and are expected to pay then await reimbursement. I’ve worked plenty of overtime since being moved to Infinite, have never been told it’s not allowed. Fiserv and Infinite are lockstep in the “no comp time” mantra so I compensate my OT with what I feel is fair, same as before with Fiserv.

Isn’t that Infinite’s problem to solve now? Why ask here. I personally don’t think 3rd party staff aug companies are capable of being reliable partners for effective PS work for Fiserv given the overly complex, legacy, and advocate nature of our deployments and COMPLETE lack of leadership and operational control our first party management has. Not to mention many of our legacy solutions rely on PS folks to pull double duty as SMEs for CS. Th further layoff of our resources to Infinite is just going to continue our downward spiral in our customer facing space (PS and CS). But at least Fiserv doubled the number of folks in the sales academy, our clients are really always asking for more sales folks.
