OP got it wrong, it's 10% reduction in USA followed by 30% growth in Bengaluru. So technically, Technology will grow by 20%.
The 10 percent is a full year not Q1 i believe
@OP, they've been hinting that my job would be gone since Charlie arrived. If they're now trying to avoid severance packages, why did they pay me salary for the past 6 years?
