@cc okay Eeyore, remember before the pandemic very few people worked in the office on Fridays. People would go in early and leave at noon and others would coffee badge in the late morning.

You are obviously an extremely optimistic individual....I would say your description is a best case scenario for the future of this once great company.

You'll start this year by needlessly sitting in an office four days per week, attending the same Teams meetings you could otherwise do at home, and literally feeling your arteries harden and muscles atrophy. Houston people will get to experience all of this with no privacy whatsoever from their supervisors. After a few months, you'll hear that your bonus is going to be low due to fatalities in far-off lands and a low per-barrel price. No promotions for almost anyone and a structure increase below the inflation rate. As soon as you begin to accept all this awfulness, the next shoe drops: your working Fridays will now also be at the office. There's nothing good on the horizon for Chevron.
