Seriously people are too focused on RTO affecting bonus. Just look around you how many people are actually coming into the office? If you been with the company for a while you already know bonuses are always being cut and are seemingly random. Last year I got the biggest bonus of my career even though I hardly worked on anything of value due to constant reorgs

What is the Technology Bonus compensation targets? I can’t get a straight answer from HR. The transparency on this is very disappointing. I am new to WF but the recruiter can tell you what your bonus will be but won’t show you in writing so seems sort of sketchy
My division is down 10 percent from last year.
In my group you'll only be eligible for 100% of your bonus if you've not shown up on any of the "No Badge Sweep" reports AND if you've passed a certain "non-mandatory" certification exam. Miss either of those, and your bonus is chopped in half.
