Of course there will be continued mass layoffs and reductions in benefits. Sometimes I worry about how naive you lot are. Why is this a question? Our friends over the pond just had reductions to their award system.
@wt I think that may be team specific bc we're already in four (and manager and up are mandatory five).

@OP probably calm for first three months. After that it all depends if they have hard employee count target in mind. In the end, the benefits should improve for whoever end up staying.
