Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

Workload nightmare

Sometimes it feels like we’re stuck in an endless loop, all pushed to the edge by exhaustion just to pay our bills and keep our homes. Management couldn’t care less. The way they run people into the ground gets packaged as “strong performance.” Meanwhile, we’re the ones carrying the load and paying the price for it.

They cut more than 50% of offshore FTCs where I'm sitting. Carrying the workload of those who left. Burned out and it's only been 20 days into the year. Yes, partly desperate. Will jump ship when I can but right now, I have no choice but to su-k it up.

Relatively new to this forum... curious exactly for what are you working? Scared that they would give negative review? or hopeful that they will give promotion or rise? or you already got something?

Citi hinges its work force based on desperate people. The more desperate you are the more they can push off on you at minimal pay.

Of course you know the moderator will delete this reply or even the whole post itself. They are good about deleting things that don’t fit their own narrative.
