Any idea what the end of year company performance score will look like? Most people are saying expect cr-ppy bonuses but a few have said that the money saved from the cuts will be used to retain those left behind?

The reduction in workforce was about eliminating the bottom 10 percent performers. The next gimmick is reducing remote workers.
CPS bottoms at 50 and caps at 175. Given the quarterly reports I would expect somewhere 50 - 75. So yes bonuses will be low.
They send a quarterly email. Read it.
does anyone remember what the score was in 2015?
Why would they fight to retain us? They know the job market is cr-ppy so everyone is scared of quitting. They could treat us horribly and most will stay. Leaders are actually probably hoping more will leave so we can save money and move more roles to India.
At least in the past I got a gift card from my leader, this year nothing! Not even a happy holidays from our new leader.
Seriously - those of us who got the package with a pro-rated (11 months) bonus payout at 75% probably lucked out.
Avoided salary expense isn’t going back into bonuses lol
The layoffs were not about retaining specific talent. They were a cost-cutting measure to save money and (unsuccessfully) create shareholder value. Anyone who says different is lying—“removing layers” was just an excuse.
“… few have said that the money saved from the cuts will be used to retain those left behind“
Who is saying this? Sounds like delusion, or at a best wishful thinking.
CPS will be likely be at a 5-year low. The numbers don’t lie.
