Big internal programs like this almost always arrive wrapped in promise and land in phases, pilots, exceptions, “next wave.” Especially at Dell Technologies scale. Even when the intent is real, gravity is real too.
What tends to happen in practice:
Year 1: decks, roadmaps, leadership optimism
Year 2: partial tools, parallel systems, extra clicks
Year 3: the thing quietly becomes “how we’ve always done it,” just renamed

@b1 It'll be rammed down our throats at some point, whether it's ready or not. Just so some egotist can get their way. I for one am still waiting for 50% of what was promised to us in our current tool to be actually delivered.

We all remember the cheesy top g-n themed presentations from dell are beyond cheesy and d-mbed down.
Sales is how a company makes money. Without it, you are out of a job.

The partial implementation will result in the need to ‘swivel’ and have yet another tool open.
When things go wrong bugs will be blamed on the users who are just complaining malcontents.
I don't feel bad for sales.
Will be yet another freaking half beaten application at best.. Dell executives are all talk just to get Wall Street happy and then the chain gang steps in and takes the beatings!! It’s all about the “story” at Dell and who can write up the best PowerPoints. Results don’t matter at Dell. Just the story and who you know. That’s it.
A shiny program doesn’t fix the core issues, it just refreshes the brochure.
