I can’t help but notice that nearly all of the new senior executives hired in 2025 are white men and replacing or layering executives of South Asian descent. What’s going on?

@1pw precisly they have no interest in integrating in the US at all. If you don't believe this just see how they use Canada to move to US, or they use New Zealand to move to Australia. So they are after money but they don't show any sings of being loyal to the US, Canada or New Zealand or supporting those countries.
Just check each indian leader will have at min 30% of his direct reports indians. Are you telling me they couldn't find americans?
@ae Lets me honest. South Asian ( In) Mafia, works in America, but lives in India. No wonder, every summer they are India. They are not here to assimilate to America and contribute. They are here to steal for their poor country.
Chinese came to America and now have fixed their country, and they are staying there.
The Germans came to America at a worst time, they stayed, they assimilated, and mixed into America. fact: Why does an Indian always marry an Indian?
@OP because South asian can't lead.. just look at what happened to Honeywell.
@158 as much as I hate this, as an east indian myself, I agree with H1B and L1A statement, we have to serve our masters...in India there is a massive jump ship between automation companies because we are not locked by visas, here in US we are locked, so we have to obey the masters that secured our visa.
@cm are you telling me that that % of leadership roles hold by that ethnic group represents their contribution?not at all.
How comes while the ship is sinking we are getting more of those, and yet the situation is not improving - this is last 10-12 yrs. 20 yrs ago this company was great.
Since I work at Aero I don't see that many at there but at HBT and PMT - is acting as a tunnel to bring more, and the reason is to create layers of protection. When you have someone in H1B or L1A they are your servent, and they will protect the boss with their lives, including hiding the truth and even fudging numbers and once these are promoted, they repeat the same process.
So I think this is a main culprit for ship sinking, culture of servents that feeds more and more and no one has the guts to deal with the truth.
@cm actually, yeah. I do think in PA and the now former HCE that hiring and promotion decisions favored Indians that were widely regarded as “big talkers” that had no substance behind their PowerPoint decks.
@k6 Although DEI should not be the sole criteria to hire and promote, merit, ethics, domain knowledge, and the ability to drive growth should be part of the hiring criteria. Some of the hires highlighted by the original poster, does bring up the question of merit and if we are trying to compensate for the current political climate.
Who cares? We need a change in how we work as a company. DEI is not the path to riches- it’s the path to anarchy and anti-communal values.
@fs true. Inability to attract top candidates - internal or external.
Inability to attract top international candidates
Thank God
@ae “taken over” by one ethnicity? Why does this sound like accusing that Indians have no merit in their positions and it was a deliberate act to “take over”?
Yes. Noticed that in PA from President to his LT new hires. Happy to see the shift away from a primarily Indian team to a more mixed team. What is concerning is that while diversity is back, the qualifications and skill levels of the new hires in the leadership is questionable and could be better. Internal promotions could have been done too.
But again … Make Honeywell Great Again! MAGA!
@ae maybe they are trying to fix that some … the OP may be on to something …
But did you notice before when all exectuives were hired and are still majority from one country in South Asia?
it simply does not feel like an american corporate anymore, it has been taken over by one ethnicity.
