Spin off Legacy Print and Copier Business

When does Xerox figure out that it has bought out too many organizations and splits things back up?

@jb At Best. You are complete no mind. Rabble rouser, paid instigator, and generally a total fake.

These people (all of them) deserve better than you. But you know that. Heck
You know everything. Right?
But you don’t know, that I know what you are all about. A complete bought out phony. Should I name names???

Take the print and copy business away from the company, and the company has nothing left. For three decades, management has been trying to make the company something it is not, instead of just doing what it does well.

Keep on believing the cr-p that xerox and the paid blowhearts tell you about how wrong you are. Find out the hard way. As you will figure it out eventually. Good fricking luck. Amazing what people will say and believe.

@e9 you think you have all the answers pinhead don’t you?
Wrong on every count. I wouldn’t buy a lottery ticket tonight.
I speak what I know. You deny everything and discredit everyone. I’m not the one who’s sad. Look in the mirror.

You can split multiple failing businesses into as many parts as you want but it will not stop the inevitable. The biggest problem the company has is there is absolutely no talent left. New leaders brought in from the outside over the last 10 years have been below average or worse. It is incomprehensible that anyone thinks Bandy can run a lemonade stand. He gets some kudos in LinkedIn but only from consultants looking for work or obsequious direct reports, which is all he has. We are done.

@dj - Do not listen to this pathetic excuse for a man. He’s the same fat mid western tech that’s been on here for years crying about losing his job. He has now made it his life mission to write on here daily and create new posts to make it seem like it’s different people. He needs to spend less time eating and more time touching grass. What a sad life.

Give yourself the Best Christmas Present of All. Freedom. Leave Xerox and do anything else. Because simply. You deserve it.

Tell everyone that you think that you don’t deserve better, and Xerox has been honest with you… then I will tell you that you are delusional and need to reevaluate your life and goals.

Out of 21 employees that I worked with all are gone except for 2. One has medical issues and is scared to leave. The other is leaving in January. Just saying…

Before all the customers forgets the quality and service that Lexmark brought to the table.. spin them off with the copier business.. Xerox can retain the ITSavy and other businesses.
