Has anyone heard if we will get raises and what the % is? My boss keeps saying how much she appreciates me.

There will be, but there was a change to ratings and corresponding raises. I expect lower targets overall. After recent ERP, they have been awkwardly reinforcing how much they value people to cut down on flight risks for those who are left. My leader has never cared one cr@p about people leadership so she is quite disingenuous when giving us pats on the back and has even openly asked about team sentiment toward looking outside.

My boss does the same thing. Its has nothing to do with raises. It's fear of those who know what they're doing leaving, which is happening anyway because our area is toxic.
They are typically 2-4% depending on allocation from your org + your performance review.
Raise ? Lucky if you will have a job next year - H.R. 😂
With this crew in charge, the biggest raise will be the number of year-over-year layoffs.
