Let this sink in…

2018 AT&T Buys Time Warner for $85 Billion
2022 AT&T Sells to Discovery for $43 Billion
2025 Current Bids
Netflix - $72 Billion (Studios/ Streaming only)
Paramount - $108.4 Billion (Entire Company)

The AT&T architects of this deal either got promoted or received a golden parachute for losing over $50 BILLION of shareholder value. And then there was the DTV deal…

Stink, Stank, Stunk - the guy lives up to his name. Well, in all fairness I’m sure he got bullied to no end growing up and is now taking it out on everyone.

When ATT try to buy TM, TM is about to go bankrupt. A gave them more than 10b worth of cash and spectrum. TM is beating A left and right now. Typical AT&T😀

@a7 well, not really. Stephenson is still on the company te-t. He is a consultant, making over a $1M per year, this is excluding his pension! Next time the company asks you to cut back, remember this.

And this is the problem with the world. The people at the top making d-mb decisions and keeping their jobs or advancing; meanwhile, the smartest people are kept stuck at the bottom keeping things running. This is what happens when social status and social skills are more important to advancing than actual intelligence. We as a country put too much emphasis on sports and popularity. It is just painful to watch. This is why we are falling further and further behind. A solution for T, clean house at the top. Get rid of these clowns.

CEO Stephenson said - I see the stock going to $50/share
CFO Stevens said - It's a good thing AT&T got kicked off the DOW
COO Stankey - runs DTV and Warner Media into the ground then sells them off for pennies on the dollar
COO Donovan - pours billion$ into AIC, Domain 2.0, and Bare Metal all while claiming to be a good Catholic boy.

This is why T leadership advises ALL T employees “we need to be mindful of our costs.”

The rules apply to thee and not me.
