So we all keep track in our store how many times we are required to log in....... ya, we spend the majority of the day logging in and trying to get out of customers accounts. Ya, trying to get out of an account when your done. Might as well start the hot pocket in the microwave and log onto AOL dial up. And fix the security on it too, it's the most unsecure application we have used yet.

After the 69th login i had to clean my screen off. It was streaky afterwards but i could still see the error messages thru the film the rest of the day.
@k6 I thought I was imagining things. The same thing happened to me. I entered one number and upgraded a different number.
Think that's great, try accessing a cru account in salesforce. When it launches opus, it will bring up a totally different number than the one you typed in. Nice huh. Nothing like turning off the wrong number or upgrading the wrong number. Salesforce - the downfall of companies nationwide.
at this point we could go back to lightbridge, oasys, or even siebel, lol
very hard to get with the 68 login attempts. The 69th try worked and happy at the ending results.
It's definitely also not getting better at salesforce with their own layoffs going on, and mispredicting company direction. Count on continuing to experience the same problems. No wonder why we chose to use salesforce given our own ineptitude

Close the stores and fire all these GED level employees.
All I can tell you is to ask your supervisor. Haha, in all seriousness, it’s not going to get any better. Next year they’re pushing out wireless ordering flows, you thought things were bad with customer search. Just wait.
