Layoffs soon. March early or beginning of Q2.
You will get a tap on your shoulder and escorted to a conference room with your belongings.
No closure. No chance to say goodbye. Just a boot to the curb.
Raytheon treats their employees worse than they treat their own trash. At least the trash gets recycled.
Yeah I worked for them for years and watched the pajama club grow and do little work. 25% of our workforce moved to home and received a raise? Yeah a bump in pay which just pi---d off the in house people. Still goes on where someone who supports a plant in Cali live in Florida, so once a month they can travel and live off the company for a week. Then they want people on the floor to save a glove or safety glasses to cut cost. Hypocrites.
@e5 Raytheon culture su-ks! I always felt like it was a communist company and OMG if you have opinion. I didn’t go with the flow to good. I didn’t kiss any a-s. After 10+ yrs making that company rich as an older employee with few yrs left to retire I was walked out like damn criminal! And I didn’t walk out quietly either 😂 A forced retirement was the best thing, enjoying every minute!
There will be RIFs in Q1 or early Q2 2026.
Mostly legacy UTC and employees that work from home. The management teams want people back in the office. The pajama club is ending...
The management team feels that UTC employees have not adopted the Raytheon culture. Those that have not assimilated will be sent to the door with their personal possessions in the most humiliating way possible.
