Can this be true or is this a worrisome rumor?

I was in the original round of cuts in Oct 2023 - at this point I'm ashamed to have Medical Solutions on my resume. It's left such a bad taste in a lot of mouths and has given such a bad reputation in Omaha. I hate to say what I did or who I worked for, I feel it's made it worse for me to find a job.
Recruitment positions are open for hiring at pretty much every location so with that information I'd say that is most likely accurate. They probably are getting ready to let some recruiters go to open some space for new individuals to come in to see if revenue increases. At least that's been the pattern over the past couple years when they aren't seeing the increases they are hoping for in the recruitment departments.
Of course no fault of the recruiters. It's hard to get people to come onboard when the Medical Solutions name is trash and everyone knows what is conspiring within the company.
