Senior executives are very important and need to remain with the company.
We are here to maintain good customer relationships via appropriate hospitality and to justify each other's existence.
There is no forecast work for ANZA, so more employees will be laid off this year.
However, so-called 'senior executives' are still being promoted to higher levels.
