Can anyone explain the current status of this? It is still stated as a working arrangement, but have people on it had to move to 4 days?
Also, if you were on agile flex but a people manager, do you have to do 4 days or is agile flex still an option?

I am Agile Flex. In Aug I was working in office 20 days per rolling quarter. Beginning in Sep, it went to 4 days per week in office. 10 "work from anywhere" days in 2025 is being reduced to 8 in 2026, and have to be used in two-day increments. So yes, it's still a thing, but a very different thing that it was prior to September.
HR folks trolling this site should issue written policy to clarify work arrangements and how RTO is tracked. This is another clear example of poor policy communications and implementation from our illustrious People team.
