Lay offs are happening, was told today that my role is no longer deemed needed
Its only for the retail bank side of the Cap1 California LA Market of cafes
They are doing it to accommodate other employees who are relocating due to a cafe closing start of next quarter
Nothing as of yet, thankfully and hopefully there won't be any layoffs. Too much going on on in the economy right now and as much as many of us have issues with Cap1, if it were easier to be somewhere else, I'm sure we would be - including myself. I'm grateful to just still be employed with benefits bc there's so many who aren't. - Set goals and get them done - Peace!
