I let my managers and directors know of the decline in quality for the last many years. And I was ignored.

There will be a settlement without admitting a wrong doing as usual. Nothing new! You can't hold a corporation accountable even there were death! White collar criminal are filthy rich!

@gq that is what OP is hoping for - no stock to trade.

@d2 Couldn't agree with you more. @OP has a lot to learn about how the real world works.
If every public company hacked by state actors were subjected to huge class action lawsuits with huge penalties, there’d be no stocks left to trade.
Besides, you think FLD cares? He got is bonus already.

@OP Nothing will happen. Management undertook this action with the supervision of the government agency. They received permission not to disclose any information. The same rule applies when the government sends foreign fishermen to heaven. Too much gaming. Too much Hollywood. Too much Netflix. The law is meant for small players to follow.

@OP Oh, let me tell you, it’s just tremendous what happened here before The Event. Not only did they completely ignore all the warning signs, but guess what? They went ahead and fired a whole bunch of folks working on security initiatives. I mean, really, why have security when you can just slow everything down, right? So now, all those super important security projects? Yeah, they’re on hold or moving at a snail's pace. Brilliant strategy, folks. Just tremendous!
