Trump declares Christmas Eve and Dec 26 federal holidays.

Question now is will the Federal Reserve add it to their holiday schedule and then will we get an email from Charlie telling us that we are off too?

My dept isn’t even getting early release on Xmas Eve like they always have in previous years. Regular hybrid schedule the last 2 weeks as well.

No. NYSE already announced they would not be closing Christmas Eve day. Sticking with early close.

His order affects agencies of the executive branch of government. The Federal Reserve is an independent body. Unless the Fed decides to adopt a similar policy, the Presidents actions don't impact the Fed
