I don’t believe they laid off that many people in corporate offices last week. There was no need for HR to send out that email in North America.

There were plenty of layoffs and even more demotions. I can easily name 10 people in my small circle that were laid off and another 20 that were demoted.
For NA there are many rumors of a second phase. This one has not been kept as secret as the 1st wave. One question is who has the details. FL & Pepsi finally announced as one company?
More to come. End of Q1 will have more. Those conversations won’t happen till next month. Only VPs know the extent but it impacts locations and first level managers.

If it was thousands in the NA it would be in the news.. maybe 100 in corporate.. heard Mexico got it..
Hundreds if not thousands got an end date last week. Staggering out to make the tidal wave seem smaller.
