You will get the guarantee if you bonus at 15% that’s what you will get no kicker . They are changing the structure next year though.
The budget for raises is 1.5%. You’ll be sc--wed on your bonus too. The company is greedy and has zero problems taking money out of your pocket unnecessarily. Your money is “low hanging fruit “.
C-suite should receive same bonus as employees.
Most of us, no matter how well we personally performed, will only receive a 1-3% raise. Tiny pay increase.
