Are there any CHC employees left or have they all been laid off?

I have survived multiple mergers and acuisitions moving into CHC and later Optum. I think my time is up in 2026. People keep exiting all around me and the circle of duck duck goose for RIFs is getting smaller. Legacy CHC and Optum teams have shuffled so much there is no clear distinction at this point so I think as long as you have an Optum email you are at risk.
Still here but we all know we are on our way out. There is no way we can do the job and they know it. They bought us just to get the piece they wanted. After 20 years of service your just a piece of garbage they throw out. So many other positions open but they won't even consider you. No loyalties or morals in this company.
Got zapped within the first year post merger. After 20 years with my company that got acquired, the 1 year with Optum suc-ked and the new leadership was awful. Once rifed, I lost 20 pounds, got healthy, and got a much better job (with actual moral human beings).
Staying at this place is an active decision y’all are making so don’t be surprised when your life changes on a whim.
Still here. Treading water like was previously said is an apt descriptor.
Still here, treading water, while they keep piling rocks on our heads. They keep letting folks go, and expect us to be able to pick up the slack. It's just not possible, anymore.
CHC here and plenty of ta-d CHC co workers. Hoping for a severance. Hate this company

Still here, but moved onto Optum teams which have also seen changes. There are alot in the general area I am working in over the last number of months.
Here, but we have lost a lot of people this year with layoffs.
