How long di you have to work at Dell to get the extra PTO/Vacation hours?

When I was hired, I was given four weeks of vacation from the start.
@aj Our insurance is by far the worst I have had at any of the companies I have ever worked at. Luckily my wife gets great insurance through her job.

Mine came before 9 years somewhere in the 8 year range.. I am ready for a 5th week of vaca already.
I believe once you hit 9 years you get an extra week of PTO.

soon, you'll be getting two months off with a week for every year. How's that for vacation time.
To start 120hrs of vaca, after 9 years it bumps to 160hrs. Personal time you get 80hrs...part timers half or less based on hours worked per week. The best part is I think insurance, especially if you have a family.
