Correct. It looks like they intentionally sabatoged iRobot with all the new software bugs and failed operations.. They even said they had some sale offers but it was lower than the current marketcap at the time. So they admit they intentionally turned down offers and ripped off American shareholders instead. That reeks of fraud not to mention all the over issued na--d shorting and suspiciously timed pump and dumps and undesereved stock rewards to senior execs. Lock them all up!
