No it means Steven has been moved to the side and is not going to be CEO. The moves mean Ram is in first place for CEO and Athina is being tested as another option…..
@OP Shows how shallow a bench or Ramon’s inability to identify talent. Athena as LATAM CEO should tell you which (how do you select her over Roberto??) Athena has zero field, Sales or operations experience - same for Rachel, Ram, Mike and Steven - none of these have run a district, zone, region, market area. You know you are in trouble when every sector CFO leaves.
Seems PepsiCos is just doomed with a bunch of incompetent leaders, and a lack of accountability where it matters. They won’t be happy til they run the company into the ground. Aren’t there any competent American leaders to get NA market back on track?
