Thread regarding Open Text Corp. layoffs

Executive departures?

Does anyone know where Sandy went? Fired or resigned?
(may have been covered here but) Brian Sweeny is gone as of last month.
Any more expected executive departures from the old guard?
Paul, James, Shannon .... I'm looking at you.

This organization is in complete disarray, led by ineffective leadership with no clear vision or direction. At this pace, the company is likely to decline rapidly. Before it’s too late, employees should consider using this time to explore better opportunities elsewhere.

@c7 nothing unusual here, senior executives are forced to sell to a schedule to avoid claims of insider trading. This is all normal and what you are seeing here for those that are paid a significant proportion of their compensation in stocks, if you looked at historic years you would see exactly the same.

Muhi Majzoub will become a CEO at one of the non-core organizations that will be spun off as a private company.

Either Paul Duggan becomes CEO in January or he leaves the company. And if he leaves or is let go, all the remaining US based executives will leave or be let go too. It depends if the board still wants strong ties to Silicon Valley.
