That’s all we can hope for in the coming months, while they pick us off one by one. I’m not investing any extra time or effort anymore. Did it do any good for the people who were just laid off? No, of course not. Many of those who were cut were dedicated, believing that hard work pays off. It doesn’t.

@OP Hard work, in any form, does not pay off at PepsiCo.
Not really much motivation. If you knock it out of the park this year, a big ol 1% is what your increase will be. It’s essentially a pay cut.
Many were burnt out from delivering. It is like being in a gladiator ring. They make you die in the ring. Just clock the hours required and keep tabs on your vacation days.
This is an Indian company afterall.
