Today, I saw an offboarding icon on the employee website. I have never seen this before. Should Aflac employees be worried? I’ve looked for WARN notices and found none. Hoping I’m just overthinking.

Big RIFs coming to not only this organization, but the other that was once an option but was just sold to pinnacle. Vendor management, and all roles that are listed under structure as "Specialist" and first two levels of Individual Contributors. HR Consultants will go away, with their roles being replaced by the 3rd party firm handling HR support, etc. What is unknown at the moment: how many sites will remain operational. I am really starting to think they overpaid celebrities instead of focusing on actual strategy and execution.
