I was given RSUs a few weeks ago. Does that mean I won’t get a cash bonus during my January compensation conversation?
What are the bonuses typically for US developers? Senior associates, vp, and senior vp levels.

Sounds like you're an hourly therefore excluded from bonus.
If you got the email that you’re receiving $500 in RSU and the $500 VIP award, that means two things.
You are in a position that is not incentive eligible
Your manager fought to have you added to a list with business justification for why you should receive the award
Your bonus is you are keeping your job

There are no bonuses here. Really not. All you get is a small chunk which is taxed to blazes and then you get a miniscule increase- that’s where your a h’.ole bonus should be applied and isn’t.
So stop with the bonus stuff. It’s pathetic. You are just a bonerus awaiting firing at some point here…
Don’t worry about your bonus. Worry about when they’re going to fire you and get the he-l out before that happens.
