Bonus during leave

Does anyone know if bonuses still pay out as normal in Feb. if you go on leave before your year end review and don’t return to office until April?

The pay schedule is the pay schedule. Incentive dates do not change, but if you were on leave the prior year (when the bonus was "earned", it will be pro-rated. Meaning you won't get the full amount.) ( and good luck getting that number up to where it was ever again. Am sure HR has armed your manager with a boatload of excuses to keep it tamped down.)

I would say yes if you are still on payroll and not short term disability.

@OP the decision is made by your manager and how much they like or dislike you.
