Do we feel like we finally have the swim lanes straightened out? Is this model going to get us to the top? Or is it a s-show slapped together with all of us plebs suffering through the chaos? The execs know, but it is acceptable from their perspective. We are expendable anyway.

it's honestly very pathetic that our leaders think a protracted re-org that results in the current sh-t show is a good thing. The amount of time and wasted productivity and they have the nerve to tell us to be more direct and meaner in giving feedback. Well, are they able to take this feedback? nope.
They had how many months to figure out this sh-t and still managed to get it wrong? Those McKinsey a--holes can go fu-k themselves
