This is the weirdest layoff round I had to go through in my life, and I've been through more than a few. What the he-l is even happening? All we know is that some people are getting cut, but how many, where, when it will be done, or anything else is just wild guessing at this point. The. Fu-k.

So… as they tell individual people this week who is laid off, you want them to also tell the whole company what teams are impacted so some people find out they are losing their jobs that way vs 1 on 1?
I've been at Pep for 10 years, and have been through many layoffs - I have never seen one done with transparency.
