I don't understand. Will we see changes to commission-based employees next fiscal?

Yes, unfortunately things are not going to get better. The company has even received instruction from very good external sources to do something different and they will not. I know someone who tried to speak up about this situation and whist ultimately removed. It is almost as if they see the average sales person as the enemy. It’s going to get worse, not better.
These surveys and questionnaires are just an illusion to make you feel like you have some kind of influence on what's happening around you. They will do whatever they want. They will lie and profit at your expense. And you'll be grateful for it or else.
