That's d-mb.
Hopefully you won’t have to live there long.
My condolences

Make sure you get a huge mortgage, it will make your inevitable layoff in 2027 much more entertaining. If they are not paying to move you, you are as good as gone.

You’re moving for this joke of a company?
I feel bad for you, and to ATL too.
Ca--abis would be my grass of choice.
If you're renting, you don't get to choose your grass buddy, and I wouldn't pick a house based on the grass in the yard either. Bermuda is very heat and drought tolerant; good for sunny yards with little to no shade; Zoysia if you have a more shaded lawn.
Zoysia is much better. Neither grass likes shade or wet. I’ve had both. Located in Atlanta as well.
North Carolina here. Bermuda is great if you have a reel mower, so that you can cut it short and cut it often. Bermuda takes work if you want your lawn to look nice. Otherwise Zoysia.
Also, don't forget pre-emergent in the fall and spring.
