The more bullsh-t is spoken the more morale of employees is getting lower. It is so spectaculous how they try to keep successful smile after massive layoffs and poor management. Rough Claycilia era.
When jobs are cut yearly, there is no stability. It increases uncertainty, disrupts operations, and the morale of the remaining employees will be down because they know they could be next
