Why is our manager doing one on ones to tell us, if we dont hit the full quota this month, we may not have jobs next month? Something seems fishy.

They are establishing the framework to get rid of people. Consider it a warning and there is nothing you can do about it. Once you are labeled, you will be gone in a future round. They have been doing this with numerous groups for years.

Tell them how you really feel about the antiquated and " out of touch" commission system and why charge backs have nothing to do with you. Thank them that their management and leadership skills that didn't work. Also ask them why she,he let the assistant managers do nothing ,especially on his day off and let them get away with it. Why they don't help in sales and customer interaction? Also,how can they hang out in the back for an 8 hour shift and get away with it? Thankl them for the constant micromanaging of the kpis that had little to do with your revenue to quota. Then tell them what your options on not working for a reseller ! Good luck
