Did anyone receive confirmation it’s the 8th? I am hearing potential demotions for people and complete reorgs

@dw PGT isn’t close to done
PEP is the only company that demotes people who don't perform and add value, but this only happens for people who are part of the "old boy network" . I remember useless non-value add VPs in Plano being demoted to Sr Managers instead of being fired.
@dr yup external distributors and large customers already were informed that meetings next week are from home mostly. This is it.

Emails will be sent out tomorrow, 12/5 requesting, beverage sector employees work from home next week. Sr. Director confirmed. As mentioned by previous posts, no events planned in Purchase HQ for the next week… It’s going to be an anxious weekend and somber week to follow. Not a lot of info on impact, speculation for Divisions and PIP employees at sector.
It will happen next week. Expect to be asked to stay at home next week. December 8th is the day it starts.

Demotions happened in Canada before.
I’ve never heard of demotions happening, but did hear layoffs are confirmed to begin next week.

Reading between the lines, Plano HQ usually has multiple events during the week. (ERG, charity fundraisers, etc). When the HQ spa box sent out the weekly “what’s happening” email on Monday, nothing was planned for next week.
